Looks pretty normal to me except for the falling ceiling above Lincoln on the reverse. I like to keep them when they are in decent condition.

The area above the statue is altered on the die. The bays are the outside part of the die, so it it is damaged with a dent, then it will show as a raised area on the bay. It doesn't follow the design so it isn't a hubbing issue.

Coop, I just noticed the 1998-D 1¢ WDDR-001 has a slanted ceiling. Does that mean that it was not doubled but a damaged die also?

I see John has one listed. But note what coppercoins mentions about this area:

So it seems to be a border line area for attributers. I found one a while back that was declined by coppercoins.

But didn't pursue it with John Wexler. If it were a doubled die, it seems more of the bays would also be affected and the rest of the design. So I don't think it is a doubled die. IMOHO
