1971-S Ike Proof. Peg Leg? - Coin Community Forum

When I took a closer look at it, it looks to be a "Peg Leg" to me. I looked it up and became even more confused trying to attribute(1st time trying) it. The "R" in liberty matches the article on The Ike Group web site. Is this a "Peg Leg"? Are these rare? Can post more pics if needed. Thanks in advance for any and all help...Mont. Still trying to figure out the Ike Group website info. If I understand it correctly the "Partial Peg Leg" and "Peg Legs" are a variety, and the "Diva Attributions" are the errors to look out for on Ikes? Confused....but learning slowly. The 71S Business Strike Peg Leg Ike (FS-401)commands a very nice premium. So do some Proof Peg Leg Ikes.
