The reverse does look to have been cleaned at some point, perhaps there was a bunch of gunk on it. Overall a nice circulated coin graded as stated- low VF

Agree it's possible the reverse may have been cleaned based on the slightly off-color, stronger flashback for those pics than on the obverse. But it matters little for a coin of such low value.

Just makes VF-20 .Reverse might have had an old light cleaning .

As the Frog ribbeted, it doesn't lose much value for any light cleaning as it isn't a high enough value for that to hurt it much.
