XF details but some sort of environmental damage.

Unnatural toning. Quite a few small scratches on obverse, and a part of the Liberty is missing. Other than that, xf 40.

Definitely cleaned and retoned at some point.

XF40 details. coin was cleaned. those colors are from a chemical reaction with the copper
