Identifying An Eisenhower Dollar, Possible 1 Of A Kind?

cameron_16 New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 12/24/2016 12:39 pm Hi, Recently I stumbled across a silver dollar. As I was searching to see if it contained silver, I discovered I couldn't find the exact description of my coin!! From what I can tell, its a type 2 1976 P dollar with no S. This is the best I can come up with, but after some quick research only one like this has been know to exist! Is it too good to be true? I will attach pictures. My coin clearly has no "S" , and has type 2 letters. The only part I wonder about is that the sides are copper color, which leads me to believe it may not contain silver.Thank you for taking the time to read this! I assume the one-of-a-kind rarity you were referring to is the 1976 "No S" silver proof Eisenhower dollar. Yeah, that's one of my dream coins. Report this Post to the Staff
