the coin is actually is a dark brown looking at it in hand for some reason my camera lightens up coins so much they all looked cleaned when I take a pic
Maybe I am too conservative, but F-12 seems a little high. I would go with VG10. In order for F12 don't you need all wheat lines? Also, for the obverse, does a F12 need a little more hair detail?
Regarding the light/cleaned comment, are you using a flash or is your lighting shining directly on the coin? Try lighting at a different angle or some sort of diffuser

This is definately an F coin, I can see most of the wheat lines. If you can clearly see all the wheat lines, that moves it to VF. With VG coins you can just barely make out a few of the wheat lines.
I admit the obverse is probably in the VG category, but I suspect the stike is weak judging from the condition of the reverse. There also appears to be a few light planchet scratches on the shoulder, another indication of a weak strike. It's easy to mistake some strike weakness for wear. That's why I went F12.
As far as cleaned, based on the picture, you can see darkness around the devices, especially around "IN GOD WE TRUST".
