$15 purchase for the holder. $9 for a 1999 mint set to get the State Quarters. $14 for the bicentennials. $22 each for the Morgan and Peace. Junk bin for the remaining 90%. The 1978 proof Washington was given to me in change.

I'm a sucker for these things.

Very good start, congrats!
How'd you get the holder for so cheap? Been pricing that one and 19th century and also the $45 combo, most I've seen are $25 or more?

I was lucky.

I was in the right place, at the right time.

I bought this at my local coin shop. It had a $35 price tag on it when I found it, and I haggled them down to $15.

$100+ later, I walked out of the shop with it.

I picked up a 20th Century Type Set at a store on vacation a year or two ago for maybe $10? It's in the shape of the USA, but it must have been made before SBA $1s since there isn't a spot for them. Nice find!

This is a good strategy if you have the extra cash and like to haggle. I frequently buy multiple items and negotiate a "package deal" where possible.

Very nice, by the way!

Not having extra cash is the reason I haggle. It's kinda/sorta like the 'best-offer' option. Worst case scenario, they tell me no. I've been married, I'm used to hearing that word.
