IMO, yes.

But I find the "spike" extending from Liberty's throat to be more interesting.
I don't think it's from a clash.
I'm leaning strongly towards a die scratch.

Not breaks. They haven't reached a break. They are still just die cracks but with severe die wear and flow lines. The spike in the neck is a clash from the eagles wing

As Cascade posted ... does look like die cracks ...

The orange peel looking surfaces would make me want to check it out more
