Got 50$ in dimes today and came across this. It reminds me of a Cud error but it looks kind of like copper

Almost looks like some sort of food partical stuck to it. Is it in some sort of holder? Can you try moving it with a tooth pick or fingernail?

Not a Cud. Try acetone dip or soak.

I tried already john it seems to be copper stamped onto the coin
