If it's #2, then it's an early die state. Doesn't look like 3. Could be a new one.

Some images of other parts of the coin would help determine which one it is.

There are some clash marks to look for on this die state.

nice find,try to look for some markers and post pictures of them to match it in coppercoins.

A closer view of the '6' might be helpful. On the coppercoins example, it looks like the die was just starting to show the hub breakdown on the 6?

The strength of the doubled eye lid does look correct for the 002.
