After finding no rotated dies after searching around 50 rolls of nickles I found 2 in one roll today. Nothing major but they are noticeable.

They are rotated a bit. But not quite enough to bring much of a premium. If you had one that the base was rotated more than a line drawn from the left corner to the right upper corner, then it would be a premium for this. (that would be 45 degrees the diagonal line from those two corners)
