I like it, as for value, I would put it at $40

Yes, $40 to $50 would be the normal selling range.

Hi everybody , thank you for responding! I bought this for my personal collection and is one of my favourites. Classic U.S. coinage is among my favourite types of coins to collect (after Irish , obviously haha) I paid £28 plus £2 postage which is altogether $37 so I didn't do too bad.
