I found these crazy listings on ebay. Why are these PENNIES selling for $2000 (2600 CDN)? Yeah, they're high grade, but that's a bit steep!! Am I missing something special with these coins?

http://www.ebay.ca/itm/2012-CANADA-...4?nav=SEARCH <-- This one is MS-68, but same price

I have a few MS-67 and MS-68 pennies, guess I'm $10,000 richer?

Only if you can find a buyer at that price. That's the rub.

$2000 for a shiny penny...I'd put it at $2!

I'm absolutely flabbergasted that someone would even THINK of paying that much for a piece of paper that says 68 or 69. They need to remove their wallet so that their thumb can go the rest of the way up.
