Die clash from the bays of the reverse die. Check other areas for the clash. It may be other places also.

Ive found that same diamond mark on a 2003,05, and 07. Coin World had an article on this die clash in the oct. 29 2007 issue, page 110. Quote from Ken P. "these are clash marks from a pillar on the reverse"

Die clash. if you turn it upside down and look at the reverse you will see Lincoln on some of them.
