Red Book shows two numbers for mintage one in parentheses (3,260,996) and one not 376,939,108 . The s is also filled in but I don't think it is an rpm.

I cant speak to the mintmark but the 1972 S is a common date for LMC's. I believe that the first figure is for the proofs and the second is for the business strikes.

The number in parenthesis is the Proof coin mintage. The higher figure is the circulation strike mintage. Your coin is a circulation strike.
