This one is a RPM. But I don't feel it is 1961D-1MM-037. A few differences tells it is not that die number:

If they are not an exact match - then they are not the same die..

Uruman...Coppercoins (Chuck Daughtrey) doesn't accept coins any more, Go to John Wexler... I have his addressee and email if you need it.

Also, don't have ability to do match exactly like Coop does but looks like resolution is 2 pixels off between comparisons which would make things line up better, how's he do that? That sure makes ID MM placement easier.
