How good do you think the condition of this coin is? Also anyway to clean the green gunk off?

This coin is worth the melt value of the silver in it and little more. It has been cleaned and has environmental damage so I wouldn't bother trying to remove the reverse spots. Soak it in some acetone if you like and see what happens. Wish I had better news for you.

If you take a close look at the obverse, you will see many small diagonal hairlines. This is evidence of a cleaning, and as such, the coin is only worth melt plus a few bucks.

Its not really worth it too remove the spots, value would still be the same.

to CCF. It is an S mint mark in case you did not know. I agree worth only melt,so if you want to try and clean it go for it. A dip might help some.
