It may be 63/64 but it's a tough call through the toning. It's definitely a VAM-202A though.

Using the blow up photo, I don't see any wear on this coin. Nice original MS-64.

If the dark spot on the eagle's tummy is not a ding, then I agree with MS64. I don't see wear on the cheek or more importantly the hair above the ear. The strike has a flat look to it, but is decent.
