Clipped Planchet On 1803 Half Cent - Coin Community Forum

Coconutjoe Pillar of the Community United States 1475 Posts	Posted 07/28/2017 10:26 am Looking for some early type coppers and ran into clipped planchet Half Cent below. I haven't seen too many of these on early type coins and wondered.... Does this minor "clipped planchet" brings the value up or down? Will a TPG attribute this coin? Thanks for your comments. What if it was a high grade coin? Up or down in value? Assuming all other conditions are the same.
