So I work at a bank and every once in a while I find a coin or two that I like to rescue from circulation. at the bank we pay face value for any coins and we buy any coins for face value. so I was especially happy when this silver quarter caught my eye right before it got entombed in a quarter roll by a coworker. at a cost of 25 cents I already know I got a good deal.

Does anyone know whether this is a high or low relief I really cant tell? I'm also new to grading so I would like to guess the coin is VG I really want to hear your opinions to test my skills.

I may have saved a whole pile of mint State Quarters from someones collection from circulation, I'm considering posting some pictures later

It's a high relief. A low relief has both As in Gratia pointing between denticles. But you got silver for face value. That's a win any day of the week

The wear pattern seems to be about F10 but all the heavy scratching detracts considerably.
