I'm suspicious whenever I see a shiny dollar from 1935-1939. They're supposed to have matte surfaces, because the Mint didn't chrome the dies back then.
Ignore the smooth look and focus on the dings and wear. It's heavily circulated and I doubt even if it wasn't a details coin it would make much past VF20. Bidding is already past trends value at VF20. Run away.
