I've been watching this recently as the ever-morphing Commemoratives forum is one of the forums I frequent. What was the driver behind combining?
I enjoy having more people to talk to in the forum, and have enjoyed the informative posts, but there are disparate collecting patterns in one forum now so it seems pretty random in there. One post is about grading of a Cleveland commemorative grading request and the next is about a 2017
ATB bullion puck that someone got in the mail.
In this forum we now have
ATB pucks (both bullion and proof), modern commems, classic commems, proof sets, mint sets, special mint sets, Coin and Currency sets, Coin and Chronicles Sets, FDCCs, etc... and now grading of commemoratives. It seems like a catch-all.
Modern
US coins and Classic/Colonial have a sub-forum for grading, why not this one? Not enough volume to warrant? Just wondering.
