Found it in the school playground. No doubt a lost show & tell item, that I'm happy to display in my collection.

It was about 4" down......right off the edge of the sidewalk area. close to the building.

Very nice. Have you tried to find out what it may have come from? Almost looks like it may have been attached to a ribbon or something.
