V nickel series are very interesting. UNC, like yours, are a SUPERB and very pleasant coin to appreciate.

Somewhere between AU and AG....and the human + environment factors........there are a lot of ugly V nickels in the world. At least through my eyes.


Grade - small tick on the obverse in the neck area....I like your coin at 64 and possible 65. Thanks for sharing!!

I'm going to go with MS64

though I would dare to say MS65 except for the image not being sharp enough so I'm not sure if what few distracting marks I'm seeing are actually imperfections or not.

64 and very attractive. Some reverse ticks keep it from 65 imho.

The toning is beautiful, but I'm seeing enough marks indicative of a 63. Very attractive.

I'd say MS-65 but my grading experience isn't good enough to judge.

i think it may make MS65 however, the pics are a little small to see the surfaces properly

The pictures are so tiny! For what I see it's probably between 63 and 65, so let's go for MS64.

Nevertheless, it seems to be a very lovely coin!
