i think it may make MS65 however, the pics are a little small to see the surfaces properly

The pictures are so tiny! For what I see it's probably between 63 and 65, so let's go for MS64.
Nevertheless, it seems to be a very lovely coin!

Wow, that's really good quality for this grade! I think it could regrade at MS-63 or even 64, I think 62 is kind of low, but maybe I'm wrong...
