The toning is beautiful, but I'm seeing enough marks indicative of a 63. Very attractive.

I'd say MS-65 but my grading experience isn't good enough to judge.

i think it may make MS65 however, the pics are a little small to see the surfaces properly

I would think MS-65 from those pictures.

The pictures are so tiny! For what I see it's probably between 63 and 65, so let's go for MS64.

Nevertheless, it seems to be a very lovely coin!

Wow, that's really good quality for this grade! I think it could regrade at MS-63 or even 64, I think 62 is kind of low, but maybe I'm wrong...

Here are some in hand pictures. Posting because I believe PCGS got this one way wrong or I am confused how they got 62...cartwheel luster and very vibrant. May resubmit soon. Thanks for all the opinions!

Apparent scrapes on neck were not evident in original obverse pic.
