I seem to have skipped this step and went straight to asking for help with a coin, lol.
So hello! And thank you to those who have welcomed me already!
My name is Annette, from Newfoundland but live in Ontario, Canada. I have been on and off collecting coins for about 20 years. I don't have anything extremely valuable, or even slabbed for that matter, I just really like coins.
My coin collection spans 60+ countries. Very recently, I have become interested in metal composition, preservation and grading conditions (you'd be horrified, before all my coins were in big jars, stored loose). Also, I have begun the tedious and thoroughly enjoyable process of organizing and cataloging my collection.
You guys are awesome! I'm happy to be here and learn from you all!
One of the great things about coin collecting is that you don't have spend a lot of money. You can collect anything you like any way you like and just have fun.
Welcome Annette- Always nice to another Canadian on board. Feel free to ask any questions you might have. There are many experts in all fields willing to help.
