Placed and online order and after two weeks of waiting and several emails later I was informed that they didn't have the coins that are advertised on the website and that my money was refunded. I understand things happen but two weeks to find out they don't have the coins that are advertised on the web site is a long time to wait for nothing
I'm sure some of you guys have had good experience's with them but this was my first purchase with them and probably me last
I made a large order with them last year and had to call them to see what was going on. I was told they were having difficulty getting some of the coins and three weeks later I got my order. I've experienced this with other on-line coin companies. I believe that if you offer something in your on-line catalog you should have it in stock. If not, put currently unavailable or remove the item.
