foundinrolls Pillar of the Community United States 3507 Posts	Posted 05/17/2008 11:21 pm Is there any chance of some pictures. There is sometimes confusion on the 1968 S proof quarter. There is a variety called "Type C" that is, in appearance like a bolder "Type A". Others might know of a "Type A" on 1968 Proof Quarters but I am not aware of it. I have a few 1964D Rev C pieces so I know what they look like. There are lines splitting the tailfeathers. Thanks again... I'll have to look for the Rev C on the proof quarters in 1968 proof sets. The set I had at home was not a Rev C but ALL 7 that I saw at the show were Rev C. I bought 2 of them. Perhaps they are not as rare as first thought. I'll post pics later.
