Could I please get an opinion on this one? Are what appear to be micro scratches caused from a steel wool cleaning once upon a time? Even still, what would the technical grade on it be?

AU-55 but harshly cleaned.

This would have been a nice EF coin but has been ruined by the cleaning. It wouldn't enter many collection except as a filler.
