I did manage to look for about a hour and a half before the heat got to be too much. It was a park I found on google. Didn't find a heck of a lot but did get 2 silver dimes (a 1944 and a 1951) and a 1950 cent.

I don't find too many. They kinda shocked me when I saw them. I broke down and got a new detector. A Tesoro Cortes. I was going to wait until after the summer, but I went ahead and bit the bullet. Nice machine just have to get it all figured out. This was my third outing with it. The 1944 was pulled at 8 inches and the 1951 about 6 inches. Highly impressed with it so for.

I'm eventually going to go back to some of the areas I looked with the Prizm and see if I can find anything. The tesoro is definitely deeper than the Prizm.

Congratulations on your finds. That Cortes is one whale of a machine. No wonder you find so much.
