I would say EF 40 to EF 45. Not sure if the obverse rim affects the grade or not. Nice coin. I like the 1894. It was kind of a "semi key" to me when I was a kid and there was a lot of mystique about it until I finally got my first.

EF40, Cleaned. I don't believe that the planchet flaw would effect the grade.
