looks ms but again, the area under the eye of liberty looks to have damage. is that an "S" in liberty's cheek?

The photos are quite blurry and hard to see. I recommend that you take the photos from slightly farther away, and then crop them to size.

I'll throw out MS-64 BN. Looks like a solid type coin!
The slab scratches would bother me. You might consider having it re-holders.

I recommend you use a chemical called Plast-X. You can find it at automotive stores. It should help remove the scratches on the slab.

Agree, AU-58 based on the second set of pics - seems to be no luster at all.
