I opened a couple rolls of 2018 d pennies and found a couple that have some weird bumps inbetween the letting america and the rim of coin. Not sure what the bumps are. They kinda look like air bubbles to me.

What you see are occluded gas bubbles trapped under the plating, quite common with the modern zincoln and not considered error. It's a spender.
Good Eye for catching that.

Should I put them up? Not sure if they are worth putting up. Thank you for helping me out.

Those things are 1.2 dimes a dozen. No reason to keep them, except for a few examples.

Kinda looks like a worn die issue, as opposed to trapped gas.

Neat Find, even if it is not worth much.
