Nice Vicky .. XF+ or nearing AU, depending on what it looks like in hand and fair;y early in the mintage year by looking at the vine gap at leaf 7. I don't see any specific variety, but you can go to this site and see what die pair that it is from: https://www.vickycents.com/

I can't see any obvious markers to identify this one with and the pictures are a bit grainy.

It's going to take some sharper photos to be able to see any slight repunches in the lettering and to get a better look at the stem to leaf 9.

Like okiecoiner said, you might be able to match it up yourself by comparing it to the ones on Dr. Haxby's website.

My thinking "E". The vine gap pretty much matches. The stem on #9 is harder because of some dirt on the coin.

I'm pretty sure it is a group E reverse. There are 96 reverse dies in that group, so it will take some more work to narrow it down.

If you can't find any die cracks or repunched letters on the obverse to help, you may have to compare the stem of leaf 9 to all of the group E dies until you find one that matches.

You can go to the "ID by reverse markers" area on the Haxby website and see photos of all the group E leaf 9 stems in one place to compare them.

There were over 9 million minted .. over 3 times what any other mintage year until nearing 1900. It was the first year of issue and people kept them. By far the most common Vicky cent.... only about $5-6 US.

If you could identify the Haxby die pair, it might be worth more to a die pair collector if they need it.

You will either have to do the work yourself by comparing it to the Haxby catalog or post some good resolution clear photos of the coin and we can give you some help.

I've done a little more studying on your coin, and I think it might be a PC59-301 (obverse 30 + reverse F5). If it is, it will have repunching on the top of the N of CANADA and usually the 301 will have about 30 degree rotated dies.
The 301 is a pretty common die pair.

Hope that will help.
