It's a little difficult to make out the face but it's mostly likely Constantius II 337-361 AD, I can make out DN CONS.......AVG on the obverse. As far as the reverse goes is appears to be two soldiers standing on either side of a standard, each holding a spear and resting their hands on a shield.
