It's Machine Doubling, since the devices are reduced in size, and it's shelflike (flat) in appearance. Good thing you didn't pay a lot of money for this one, since Machine Doubling doesn't carry any value over face value. http://www.error-ref.com/machine-doubling/ Errers and Varietys.
