Redneck coins New Member United States 27 Posts	Posted 07/20/2018 6:04 pm Both coins are 72 D's. There is a ridge that runs below the nose down across the lips. A sharp ridge beside the nose & the eye looks messed up. I have another one that looks very similar but the coin shows more wear. The first picture is of another 72D that looks very different. So the die wear/abrasion/machine doubling is different. Thus the design looks different. It was normal, but altered on the die and strike. Report this Post to the Staff
