I have found a 2013 d Quarter that I believe is a DDR but am not sure what r your thoughts?

Your images are showing the reverse of the coin. so if it were Doubled Die , it would have been called DDR, which it is not in this case.
That is MD on your coin and is quite common.

Oops I know its a reverse but I think my fingers didn't recognize what my brain was telling it lol

That's incused Machine Doubling, not a Doubled Die Reverse. It's very common on the ATB Quarters. http://goccf.com/t/322998
