Truly unusual looking surfaces - very grainy looking which I agree could be your photograph - but also apparently lacking the original blazing luster or subsequent toning these are know for.
Details suggest an authentic MS range coin ... fields are generally clean although the prime focal point of the obverse portrait cheek has taken some significant hits - which will hold the coin back in grade.
Assuming the surface 'issues' are attributed to the OP photography - then I'm in at MS63.
