What causes an ear lobe to look like this? Is this common for a 1941s penny? And thank you all for your comments, I'm learning a lot!

That could be etheir a stain or a hit from coin contact mark.

ROFL..earwax made me laugh! To me it looks more like a word my 4 year old thinks is hysterical... "a bottom"..aka gluteus maximus. Under his earlobe ..lol
