I found this one in a box of Kennedy half dollars that my mom had. It's been sitting in a 2x2 holder for several years now and I've never thought much about its condition. Can I get some thoughts on its grade?
Also, my apologies on the pics...I was playing with the lighting a bit and the obverse looks to have a different tone than the reverse, but that is not the case.

I'm not an expert on Benjamin's, but I would say about EF-40. That's stretching it though. There are quite a few nicks and abrasions.

The lighting on the reverse makes this a hard one to judge -- I will say EF-45.
