Seems too large to be a coin. Maybe one of our medal collectors here can narrow it down.

It is a medal of some sort. It appears to be cast, so I am doubtful that it is genuine. I wish the legends were more legible. I can't help, sorry.

The legend in the first photo, starting 7:00 appears to read CESAR AVGVST + eTOILLVM and then something I cannot make out

Reverse starting at 12:00 + BEnEDICTVS. Again, I cannot read the rest. Castle wall and crusader cross/cross of Lorraine.

I agree with the others that the large size (looks like 40 to 50 mm?) alone makes this not a coin, most likely a modern token imitating medieval designs.
