mdpmedia Pillar of the Community United States 3546 Posts	Posted 01/20/2019 8:13 pm This coin has either been intentionally tampered with or it is some sort of unusual mint error that I have never encountered. It should be noted that the obverse rim appears either damaged or minted unusually around where those weird digits are stamped on the rim, I bought it for 0.2410 awg melt.
