Possibly the remains of an engrailed edge. Could be DwG1 1:7 on obverse, possibly S 5 on reverse. Any help happily received.

My guess is that it is a jeweler's balance weight.
Usually found in much better condition, because they never had circulation wear problems, as coins do.

I think 'Unknown 2,3,4, and 5' are coins.

Might be D for penny, wGt, = penny weight. Possibly apothecary's weight.

I suspect it is a coin weight for 1/4 (quarter) Gold Guinea - should weigh 2 grams.
