I've tried to depress it using the toothpick and it's stands firm. Is it considered die chip or IDB? Also would it be considered die chip located in the N in Cents on the reverse?

Die chips. Pushing down with a toothpick only works on cents that are plated? All other coins are solid metals. Just the plating can have gas bubbles under the plating.
