One of the 2019 silver proof sets I received actually had 6 quarters. Two American Memorial Park. The lens had 5 in their normal slots plus the extra inside the lens.

The lens was scratched and chipped but the quarters were okay.

I didn't think to take a picture before I removed the quarter.

This was a first for me.Guess it's a bonus like the reverse proof cents. :-)

Nice bonus, mistakes do happen. I heard of a similar incident several years ago with a set of silver proof ATB Quarters but the guy said two were jammed into one hole IIRC.

Kind of reminds me of the old gent who kept putting dollars into a change machine and cackled every time the change came out. It turned out that the machine was dispensing five quarters for each dollar inserted. Now THAT is a nice, quick return on an investment!

Yeah, there's a guy on Youtube with a video of his 2018 Silver reverse proof set with an extra quarter in it. seems to happen, although I don't think frequently. His looks like it damaged the coins though the way they are stacked in there.
