The quarter is worth at least silver melt, around 10-11 times face value at current prices. So about $2.50-$3 in silver value. Probably not a whole lot more in that condition, unless 1898-S is some kind of key date/mint combination (quick scan of a price guide suggests it probably isn't).
The nickel isn't worth much in that grade. I'd guess somewhere around 50 cents to a dollar.
The V-nickel has little value (maybe a quarter) but the quarter will get $7-$12. But I think this is a case where the story is worth more than the value of the coins; I'd keep these two in 2x2 flips with a note card explaining how you found them!
