Even though the pictures are VERY blurry, this is a small date 1982.

As for it being a zinc cent, you need a scale.
Copper=3.1grams
Zinc=2.5grams

Yeah I weigh them it's 2.5. I've been finding quite a few lately. I have no idea what a DD is then I thought it looked just like the picture on copper coins for ddr001
