I have no idea how common these types of errors are (especially this dramatic) for this year, and as such would appreciate some incite, and perhaps est.value. Given the colour inside the lamination, this happened a long time ago... and the grade looks decent (AU). A coin like that, if I was a coin show, I can envision a $50 price tag on the coin (and offering $40).... it would be worth considerably more if you had both pieces.
