1983 Lincoln Cent DDR?

Hi everyone. Came across another coin today that I think might be a possible DDR. I did a little research into it knowing that 1983 has a well known DDR variety, this is definitely not that, I don't think. From what I looked at I think it might possibly be a DDR-002. Or if its possible inbetween 001 and 002. I notice it mostly on "ONE CENT" but also a little bit in "UNITED" and the first "S" in "STATES". Penny isn't in the best condition, but not the worst either. Let me know what you think.

Sorry, this isn't a doubled die. It just shows a bit of Machine Doubling, so nothing special on this one. Keep looking!

Looks like Machine Doubling to me, since the size of the devices have been reduced. A Doubled Die will actually increase the size of the devices, not reduce them.

So how does a machine doubled set of devices match up to a doubled die. Well seeing them side by side tells the whole story:
